The Reservoir 5TH Annual Charity 9-Hole Golf Outing benefiting Blessons for Women will be on Friday, Sep. 16th at the Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course in Chicago!
2022 Reservoir Charity Golf Outing, supporting Blessons for Women
Where: Sydney Marovitz Golf Course
Location: 3600 N Recreation Dr.
When: Friday, September 16th (registration opens at 9am)
What: 9-Hole Charity Golf Outing, Scramble - Assigned Tee Times begging at 10:00am.
Reservations: Now OPEN- $75 per person/$300 foursome, includes 9 holes of golf, hosted bar at The Reservoir from 1:30pm - 3pm and Luncheon from 3pm - 4:30pm.
Contests for both Men and Women:
Closest to the PIN
Longest DRIVE
Longest PUTT
Golf Carts are available at an additional cost. Pay at Clubhouse.
Tee Time: 10:00am
Luncheon: 3pm -4:30pm at The Reservoir Luncheon - 844 W Montrose Ave
Parking: $2 parking at the Golf Course. Please pay for your parking at the Golf Club House, NOT THE PARKING METER.
Park at Jewel-Osco across the street from Reservoir for free
There will also be a raffle benefiting Blessons for Women.
REGISTERING:
When making your reservation/donation below,
If registering with a FOURSOME, separately, Donation is $75. please list your full name followed by the names of golfers that will be part of your foursome. ( Example: Khit to be added to Foursome with David L., Paul M. and Sally H.)
If registering for a FOURSOME all together, Donation is $300. Please list all 4 names of the golfers. (Example: FOURSOME - Khit, David L, Paul M, Sally H)
If you are not part of a foursome, Donation is $75. Please list your full name and we will find you a foursome to join. (Example: Khit - Individual Golfer )
